A Better World starts with us ... ALL.

For several years I notice that I am in a process of consciousness-raising and via failed internet businesses I have learned a number of lessons.
And that is how my "Vision for Life" developed.
When I look at the world I see a world of contrasts. A world wherein a movie star earns a million dollar for a role in a movie, where a sports champion rides a car of $300000 or more, but also where already 14 million children under the age of 15 are orphan, because both their parents died because of Aids, wherein 1.2 billion people are homeless, of whom 100 million children. The mannequins walk in haute couture on the catwalk, while in Asia and elsewhere there is even child labor, while young women under pressure and sexual harassment make these clothes for the western world for $2 per day.

Where there is a disaster, like the tsunami then in the Netherlands people are willing to help. When shortly after this event there is an earth quake in Pakistan, then it appears harder to motivate people to donate again. People seem to get tired.. There is so much going on in the world, that it can discourage and demotivate you, that you can even get used to the news, or get blunted.

What can I then do about it?

By several things which crossed my path, like the book "The Dream Giver" of Bruce Wilkinson, een course "Purpose Driven Life" of Rick Warren (Dutch translation), the contacts with several people I became more and more aware that the utterance "What can I then do about it?" is in fact a weak excuse for doing nothing.

Dorcas Aid has the slogan in its banner: "together we can make a difference...". Compassion states "Releasing children from poverty in Jesus' Name". Especially the statement "One at a time" touched me. That is a powerful answer to "What can I do about it?" The answer is: "One by One" or "step by step".

With the money for one evening cinema for tweo, with consumption a child in Africa or Asia can live a whole month. For $32 a month you sponsor a child and when you keep on sponsoring for 10-12 years, until the child reached the age of 18 then you literally made the difference... between poverty or a future. And it has a snowball effect: with the sponsor money food and clothes for the child is bought, so the local shops also earns a share. It is one of the most effective ways of aid to the developing countries. And all the organizations I mentioned are non-profit organizations with christian ideological motivations, so you can be sure of integrity.

Maybe you say: "Well, $32 is not that much, but... every month. I think I cannot affort that in the end. Well, in that case have you ever thought about cooperation with family members, friends, colleagues. With five people you can save a life for only $5 per month each. Watch this little movie and let Michael W. Smith tell you a little summary of my vision. Or if you have more time and need more testimonials to be convinced watch the Youtube video.

So I spend my private time no longer on internet business, but on my hobbies. And by doing this I have found opportunities to realize my

"Vision for Life"

dream step by step: to contribute to a better world. And I hope to be able to increase this contribution step by step in the future.

My original plan of becoming a kind of modern Robin Hood has now taken place for using my talents and passions "creative communications" in the music ministry, in building websites, also for charity projects, by building this new personal site with promoting of charity organizations and programs.

New website I made:

SEMA

(missionary organisation in the Amazones area, Brazil, that I personally visited).

Below you see an image. Look at it and focus on the four little dots in the middle for approx. 30-40 seconds.
Next look at the wall or another uniform plane. You will see a circle of light developing and then with some blinking of your eyes you will see a figure emerging? What do you see?
Moreover, who do you see?
